Mountain Sanctuary Park
Mountain Sanctuary Park is 1000 hectares of Private Nature Reserve in the Magaliesberg Mountains.120 k’s from Johannesburg, or 90 k’s from Pretoria. There is tented accommodation for learners (with mattresses) with electrical points. Teachers share a chalet near the tents. This beautiful retreat is a haven for hikers, birdwatchers and groups that enjoy our wild life. The camp has a lapa, mountain spring pools, swimming pool with a large wooden deck looking into the mountains. Abseiling from the near by cliffs is a must.
